As Barut Hotels, our fundamental principle is to comply with national and international legal requirements and standards in all our product and service processes, and to continuously improve our operations. Our main goal is to offer top-level, guest-oriented service at our hotels and provide a unique service experience.
Employee satisfaction and well-being are of great importance to our hotels. Therefore, continuous improvements are made in processes to minimize all risks that may threaten the health and safety of employees and business partners. Training of employees, protection of human rights, and ensuring equal rights for everyone without any discrimination form the foundation of our company policy.
Since 1971, Barut Hotels has adopted high guest satisfaction as its top priority and has been continuously improving as a hotel chain. All kinds of suggestions, complaints, and feedback from guests are carefully evaluated, and the resolution process is carried out transparently. Every piece of feedback is considered an opportunity for improvement and contributes to enhancing service quality.
We act with a responsible tourism approach to reduce our negative impact on the environment and protect natural resources. Reducing the carbon footprint, minimizing and recycling waste, and protecting nature through eco-friendly methods are among our key sustainability goals. Promoting and preserving cultural heritage, cooperating with local communities, and combating climate change are integral parts of these goals.
Increasing energy efficiency is a necessity of our sustainable service approach. In this regard, efficient energy use is targeted across all services, products, and supply chains, and green energy solutions are preferred. Thanks to technological infrastructure, energy consumption is monitored, and both savings and efficiency are achieved.
We place great importance on the sustainability of water resources. The amount of water used in our hotels is carefully monitored, systems that prevent unnecessary use of water are implemented, and technological solutions that improve efficiency are put into operation. Water-saving equipment and practices are utilized to minimize water consumption.
Food safety is one of the core principles of our service policy. At all our hotels, international safety and hygiene standards are strictly applied at every stage of the food chain. These standards are communicated to all employees and stakeholders to ensure the highest level of hygiene is maintained through a culture of continuous improvement.

We consider the protection of children a social responsibility. Ensuring child welfare, protecting them from all forms of abuse and harmful influence, and taking preventive measures, as well as cooperating with organizations working in this field, are among our corporate priorities.
Information and data security are integral parts of Barut Hotels' corporate responsibility. The confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of all information assets are protected, and measures are taken against unauthorized access. Risks related to data security are regularly analyzed, and necessary protection measures are implemented.
